  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
