Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cottage cheese 4% milk fat recommended
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 0.25 cup milk or more, to desired consistency
  • Fresh dill, chives, or parsley chopped

Method

  1. Combine cottage cheese and ranch seasoning mix in a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add milk, a tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. For a thicker dip, use less milk; for a thinner dip, use more.
  4. Stir in fresh herbs, if using.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve with vegetables, chips, or crackers.

Notes

For best results, use a high-quality cottage cheese with 4% milk fat. This will give the dip a richer, creamier texture.
