  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 bananas over-ripened bananas
  • 3/4 cups water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix pancake mix, water, and vanilla until just combined. Add more water if dry.
  3. Peel and mash bananas into the batter, leaving some chunks.
