Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch dish and layer bread.
- Top with bacon and cheeses. Whisk eggs, milk, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour over layers, press down, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use day-old bread for best absorption. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
