Method
- Grease an 8-inch or 9-inch cake pan and line with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Whisk yogurt, eggs, salt, pepper, sugar, and cayenne. Mix in flour, 5 oz Cheddar, and green onions.
- Cook macaroni until tender, drain, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.
- Mix melted butter, macaroni, pasta water, and pour into pan. Top with remaining Cheddar and cayenne.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is browned. Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
Use fresh green onions for best flavor and adjust cayenne to taste.
