Method
- Sauté diced onion in olive oil until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in spices, tomato paste, then add tomatoes, beans, broth, sugar, and Worcestershire. Simmer 45–60 minutes.
- Adjust seasonings, serve hot with toppings.
Notes
For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper or jalapeños.
