Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Spread into pan.
- Prepare cheesecake batter with cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, cream, and cinnamon. Pour over banana layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, then cool and chill for at least 4 hours.
