Ingredients
  

Batter
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas bananas mashed or about 1 1/4 cups
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Crumb Topping
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13 pan.
  2. Mix softened butter and sugar, then add bananas, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream; combine.
  3. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt; pour batter into pan.
  4. Combine crumb ingredients, sprinkle evenly over batter.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

Ensure not to overmix the crumb topping for a crunchy texture.
