Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 pieces very ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until just combined.
  4. Fold in walnuts if using. Pour batter into pan.
  5. Bake for 55–60 minutes. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
