Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until just combined.
- Fold in walnuts if using. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
