Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Peel, cube, and boil sweet potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and mash sweet potatoes until smooth. Mix in brown sugar, melted butter, milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gently fold in chopped pecans and flour. Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and puffed. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, sprinkle additional pecans on top before baking.
