Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer blueberries in the dish and sprinkle with optional lemon zest or sugar.
- Evenly spread the cake mix over the berries without stirring.
- Lay butter slices or drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
