  • 6 eggs
  • 1.5 c. milk
  • 0.5 c. heavy cream
  • 0.5 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 16 oz. loaf brioche bread

Method
 

  1. Mix milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  2. Cube brioche and place in a greased 9x13 dish.
  3. Pour milk/egg mixture over bread and mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 350F.
  6. Cook at 350F for 40-45 minutes.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Top with powdered sugar, berries, and syrup!

Notes

For an extra touch, add a streusel topping before baking.
