Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 385 g ripe and mashed banana (3-4 bananas)
  • 150 g honey
  • 113 g unsalted butter (brown)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120 g greek yogurt
  • 165 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 100 g chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Brown the butter in a saucepan, then cool slightly.
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a loaf pan.
  3. Mix mashed bananas, honey, eggs, vanilla, yogurt, and brown butter.
  4. Sift in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 60-70 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool, then slice and enjoy!
