Method
- Set your oven to 300°F (150°C)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Carefully separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
- To the bowl of yolks, add the cream cheese, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until smooth.
- Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the egg white fluff into the yolk mix a little at a time.
- Scoop the mixture into 6–8 rounds on your baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes
Notes
For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs or spices to the yolk mixture.
