  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese or Greek yogurt if you’re feeling fancy
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan
  • A sprinkle everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Set your oven to 300°F (150°C)
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Carefully separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  4. To the bowl of yolks, add the cream cheese, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the egg white fluff into the yolk mix a little at a time.
  8. Scoop the mixture into 6–8 rounds on your baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes

Notes

For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs or spices to the yolk mixture.
