Ingredients
  

Dried Pasta
  • 12 pieces Manicotti shells
Meat and Dairy
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs eggs
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook manicotti shells until al dente, then drain.
  3. Mix cooked beef with cheese, eggs, milk, and seasonings.
  4. Stuff shells with beef mixture and place in baking dish.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

You can add marinara sauce on top before baking for extra flavor.
