Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix hashbrowns, cheese, sour cream, soup, butter, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch dish and spread evenly.
- If using, crush cornflakes, sprinkle on top, and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let sit briefly before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add more topping or bake a few minutes longer.
