Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 shells manicotti shells
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook shells until al dente, drain.
  2. Mix chicken, cheeses, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill shells with mixture, layer half of Alfredo sauce in baking dish, place shells, then top with remaining sauce.
  4. Bake covered 25 mins, uncover and bake 10 mins until bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the filling ahead of time for quicker assembly.
