Method
- Mince or slice the garlic to your preferred size.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until lightly golden, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat immediately to prevent burning. Stir in chili flakes, dried garlic, onion, sugar, sesame seeds, salt, paprika, cayenne, and soy sauce.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Cool completely before storing.
- Store in a jar and stir well before use.
