Oil
  • 0.75 cup light olive oil (or other lightly flavored oil)
Dried Minced Onion
  • 3 tablespoons dried minced onion
Dried Minced Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons dried minced garlic
Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Chili Pepper
  • 1 chili pepper minced chili pepper
Smoked Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
Dried Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dried red bell pepper
Fish Sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon fish sauce (optional)

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and shake until fully mixed.
  2. Serve immediately or store for later use.
