Method
- Brown ground beef with chopped onions in a skillet until no longer pink. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Drain excess grease.
- Transfer meat mixture to Crockpot. Add beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until thick and flavorful.
- Adjust seasonings if needed. Serve hot with toppings.
