Spice Mix
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and equipment.
  2. Add all spices to a bowl. Finely crush the oregano and add it.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and store.
