Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a loaf pan and line with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt.
- Beat butter, sugars, and mashed bananas. Add yogurt, eggs, vanilla; mix well.
- Fold in dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Pour into pan and sprinkle extra chips on top.
- Bake for 65-75 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
