Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 1 lb Spaghetti noodles
  • 1 jar your favourite spaghetti sauce
Meat
  • 2 lb Ground beef
Cheese
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 ½ C. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • C. Parmesan cheese, grated
Seasonings & Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  2. Mix cooked spaghetti with cream cheese until creamy. Brown ground beef, drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic and Italian seasoning to beef, then stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer.
  4. Layer meat sauce in a greased 9×13 dish, add spaghetti, then top with remaining sauce and cheeses.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a richer flavor, let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
