Method
- Coat chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a pan until golden and cooked through.
- Drizzle honey and BBQ sauce over the chicken, stir to combine.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In the same pan, heat evaporated milk and cream cheese until smooth, then add chicken stock powder.
- Stir in shredded cheddar until melted, then fold in cooked pasta and honey BBQ chicken.
- Serve hot, garnished with herbs if desired.
