Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch dish.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine cream cheese mixture with egg mixture. Place bread in dish and pour mixture over.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden.
- Serve drizzled with maple syrup and dusted with powdered sugar.
Notes
For best results, refrigerate overnight before baking.
