Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch dish.
- Slice croissants and arrange in dish; scatter berries on top.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, and sugar; pour over croissants and berries.
- Let soak for 15–20 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set; cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
For extra flavor, add lemon zest to the custard mixture.
