Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan with butter and parchment paper.
- Blend bananas, cottage cheese, and eggs until smooth.
- Mix blended mixture with melted butter, vanilla, and sugar. Combine dry ingredients separately, then fold into wet. Gently fold in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, top with remaining chocolate chips, and bake for 45-55 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool completely before removing from pan and slicing.
Notes
Using ripe bananas enhances sweetness naturally, and cottage cheese adds moisture and protein.
