Method
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Combine cottage cheese, cornstarch, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Gently fold the cottage cheese mixture into the egg whites.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
For best results, use a clean, dry bowl when beating the egg whites.
