Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook sausage until browned, then drain.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Layer hash browns in a greased 9x13 inch dish, add sausage, optional peppers, then pour egg mixture. Top with cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, use turkey sausage and low-fat cheese.
