Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 lb diced chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup sugar-free BBQ sauce or regular if preferred
  • 2 cups elbow pasta or any pasta of your choice
  • 1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
  • 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1 ½ cups shredded light cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a pan until golden and cooked through.
  2. Drizzle honey and BBQ sauce over chicken, stir to combine. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  3. In the same pan, heat evaporated milk and cream cheese until smooth. Add chicken stock powder and stir until creamy.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar until melted. Mix in cooked pasta and combine.
  5. Add honey BBQ chicken to pasta, mix gently, and serve. Garnish with herbs if desired.
