Method
- Coat chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a pan until golden and cooked through.
- Drizzle honey and BBQ sauce over chicken, stir to combine. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- In the same pan, heat evaporated milk and cream cheese until smooth. Add chicken stock powder and stir until creamy.
- Stir in shredded cheddar until melted. Mix in cooked pasta and combine.
- Add honey BBQ chicken to pasta, mix gently, and serve. Garnish with herbs if desired.
