Method
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add shredded chicken and cook briefly.
- Pour in heavy cream, simmer until slightly thickened, then stir in Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
