Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 200 g penne pasta
Protein
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
Sauce & Seasonings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Black pepper to taste Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then add shredded chicken and cook briefly.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, simmer until slightly thickened, then stir in Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
