Method
- Dice the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic.
- Sauté vegetables in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; add chili powder and cook fully.
- Transfer to slow cooker, add remaining ingredients, and stir.
- Cook on low for about 4 hours.
Notes
For a spicier chili, add hot sauce or more chili powder.
