Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and bananas to wet mixture; mix until just combined.
- Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips. Pour into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, squeeze out excess moisture from zucchini before adding.
