Method
- Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium heat, then drain on paper towels.
- Leave about 2 tbsp of grease, then sauté onion, bell pepper, jalapenos, and garlic for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return beef to the pot, add tomatoes, beans, water, spices, sugar, Worcestershire, and bouillon cubes. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
- Garnish with cheese and green onions before serving.

For extra flavor, let the chili simmer longer or add your favorite toppings.
