Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl, then mix in oil, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Add sugars and stir until combined, then fold in flour just until no streaks remain.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
