Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Mix cooked pasta, marinara, ricotta, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a 9x13 inch dish with olive oil. Layer half of the pasta mixture, sprinkle with half of the mozzarella.
- Add remaining pasta mixture, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, remove foil, bake 15 more minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can add extra cheese or vegetables for variation.
