Ingredients
  

Oil and Garlic Infusion
  • 2 C olive oil
  • 3-4 heads garlic 150g total
  • 1 C crushed red pepper
  • 3 jalapeños jalapeños, sliced

Method
 

  1. Boil water and submerge a mason jar for sterilization.
  2. Heat olive oil to 350°F in a saucepan.
  3. Remove jar with tongs, ensuring it's dry.
  4. Add garlic, red pepper, and jalapeños to the jar.
  5. Pour hot oil into the jar and cool for 2-3 hours.
  6. Strain and serve the infused oil.

Notes

Store in a cool, dark place for best flavor.
