Method
- Grease an 8-inch or 9-inch cake pan and line with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Whisk yogurt, eggs, salt, pepper, sugar, and cayenne. Add flour, 5 oz cheese, green onions, and mix.
- Cook macaroni until tender, drain, and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
- Mix melted butter, macaroni, and pasta water into batter. Pour into pan, top with remaining cheese and cayenne, then bake for 25 minutes.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for best flavor.
