Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and mash bananas in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs and mix with mashed bananas.
- Stir in almond flour until well combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for sweeter bread.
