Method
- Brown ground beef in a skillet; transfer to crockpot.
- Sauté diced onion, garlic, peppers in skillet; add to crockpot.
- Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, and spices to crockpot; stir well.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until thickened.
- Adjust seasoning, serve hot with toppings.
Notes
For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper or diced jalapeños.
