Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment or grease it.
- Mash bananas, then mix with eggs, yogurt, syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients and stir into wet mixture until just blended.
- Fold in optional add-ins if desired.
- Pour batter into pan, bake 40–50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Slice and serve.
Notes
For a lower-carb version, use almond flour and reduce added sweeteners.
