Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix hash browns, sour cream, chicken soup, cheese, butter, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch dish and spread evenly.
- Combine cornflakes and Parmesan, sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or chopped bacon on top before baking.
