  • 24 ounces Fully Cooked Kielbasa beef sausage sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Roasted Red Peppers
  • 3 cups Fresh Spinach

Method
 

  1. Melt butter, saute onions until softened.
  2. Mix in garlic, saute for a minute.
  3. Pour in broth, cream, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Sear sausage in separate skillet until heated through.
  5. Add spinach to sauce, saute until wilted.
  6. Stir sausage into sauce, combine well.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
