Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook sausage until browned, then drain.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and add to egg mixture, stirring to combine.
- Layer cooked sausage in a greased 9x13-inch dish, pour biscuit mixture over, then sprinkle cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and eggs are set. Cool slightly, then serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or herbs.
