  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Meat
  • 1 pound breakfast beef sausage

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook sausage until browned, then drain.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  3. Cut biscuits into quarters and add to egg mixture, stirring to combine.
  4. Layer cooked sausage in a greased 9x13-inch dish, pour biscuit mixture over, then sprinkle cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and eggs are set. Cool slightly, then serve.

Notes
