Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Pie Crusts
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Egg Wash
  • 1 egg egg for egg wash
  • 1 tablespoon milk for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour.
  3. Cut pie crusts into small circles, fill with apple mixture, and seal.
  4. Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool slightly before serving.
