Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas until 1 ⅓ cups; set aside.
- Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugars; add eggs and vanilla, then bananas.
- Combine wet and dry; pour into pan and bake 45-60 mins.
Notes
Do not overmix to keep the bread tender.
