Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in pumpkin, milk, vanilla.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients; fold in chopped pecans. Pour into pan.
- Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
