Method
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread bread cubes in the dish and sprinkle with blueberries.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour custard over bread and berries; press gently.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
- Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with toppings.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use challah bread. Adjust baking time based on your oven.
