- Grease a 13x9 inch dish. Slice brioche and place in the dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar. Pour over brioche, ensuring even coverage.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncovered for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with powdered sugar, maple syrup, and berries.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk. You can also add a layer of fruit between the bread slices before baking.
