Method
 

  1. Grease a 13x9 inch dish. Slice brioche and place in the dish.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar. Pour over brioche, ensuring even coverage.
  3. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncovered for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with powdered sugar, maple syrup, and berries.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk. You can also add a layer of fruit between the bread slices before baking.
