  • 1 loaf day-old French bread cubed (about 10 cups) (sour dough or challah work great too)
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 7 large eggs
  • 0.75 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Kosher salt
  • 0.5 cup salted butter cubed
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup berries (I used frozen)

Notes

For best results, use day-old bread and let the mixture soak overnight.
